Rescheduled Date for VUHC Annual General Meeting
The Victorian Underwater Hockey Commission (VUHC) advises that due to unforeseen circumstances, the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been rescheduled.
New Date: Saturday, 29 November 2025
Time: 7:00 pm AEDT
Location: Online – meeting link has been emailed to members; https://meet.google.com/fbn-ocey-htf
The AGM agenda will include:
- Presentation of Annual Reports from the President, Secretary, and Treasurer
- Declaration of all committee positions vacant
- Election of the new committee

In accordance with the VUHC Constitution, proxy nominations may be used. All Proxy nominations must be sent to the president before the commencement of the meeting. Please see the constitution on the website for further information
