The Elite Women’s team selections are RE-OPENING for the 2026 Australian Underwater Hockey National Championships, which will be held at the Gold Coast Aquatic Centre in January. The women’s team currently has 11 people, they are looking for 1 more woman to join the team.
This is an opportunity for athletes to represent Victoria on the national stage. We encourage all eligible and committed players to nominate. The selection criteria that will be used by the selection panel to make their decision will be emailed to you once you have nominated.

Event: 2026 Australian Underwater Hockey National Championships
Location: Gold Coast Aquatic Centre, QLD
Competition Dates: Thursday 15th – Monday 20th January 2026
Eligibility:
Female born before 2007 (Aged 18 or older on the 1st of January 2026.)
Player Commitments & Expectations:
Pay team playing costs, including, but not limited to, pool fees, own travel, accommodation, and uniforms for the event
Attend all team training sessions and camps leading up to the competition
Complete the required Sport Integrity Australia (SIA) online education modules before the event
Selections will be held on Sunday 21st December, 1:30-2:30pm at Caulfield Grammar School.
