Hi Melbourne, Junior UWH @ Caulfield is on again! Come and Try this unique sport

The VUHC in conjunction with Underwater Hockey Australia (UHA) is pleased to announce our Second ‘Come and Try’ evening is on again for all new and beginner UWH players.
Meet us this Friday 8th November at the Caulfield Grammar Pool.

Dates: 8th November, 22nd November, 6th December.
Evening Schedule:
6:00pm – An out of water meet with our coaches and support crew for a chat about the game and get your gear sorted
6:30pm – It’s time to get into the water where all new and beginner players will have the opportunity to work with our coaches and experienced players to try this unique and breathtaking sport.
7pm till 8pm – All confident beginners are encouraged to stay on and have a go with the more experienced and developing juniors.
A great opportunity for our more capable juniors to get into the 2 metre deep, fast-bottomed pool for some skills and game play.
Session Times: 6.30pm Beginners and newer players, 7pm – 8pm more experienced Juniors.
Cost: $5 for 6.30 session OR $10 for 7.00pm session.
Age: Minimum 10yrs old
What to bring: Swimwear, towel etc, all other Kit will be supplied. If you have your snorkel, mask and fins, bring them along.
What to expect: A game like you’ve never played before with a group that like to hold their breath for fun.
Anything else? It’s kind of handy if you can already swim, we can teach you the snorkelling bit.
