This page provides important information about the Victorian Underwater Hockey Commission (VUHC) Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is an opportunity to reflect on the past year, hear about what the VUHC has been working on and have your say in the future direction of underwater hockey in Victoria.
We encourage all members to get involved, ask questions and participate in the voting process. If you have any questions for the current committee, please feel free to contact all committee members via committee@vuhc.org.au.

The 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be held virtually on Sunday November 29th at 6:00pm. – Agenda 2026
Voting process
To be eligible to vote, you must be over 15 years old and hold both a current Australian Underwater Federation (AUF) membership and a current Victorian Underwater Hockey Commission (VUHC) membership. Memberships must be valid by November 19th (minimum of 10 days before the meeting).
Committee nominations
Anyone intending to stand for a committee position should fill out this Nomination Form before November 22nd (minimum of 7 days before the meeting). You can nominate during the meeting, but generally only under the following circumstances; vacant positions, insufficient nominations or an uncontested position.
Proxy voting
If you are unable to attend but would still like to have your say, you can nominate someone to vote on your behalf. Please complete the below proxy form and ensure it is submitted before 6pm on November 28th (minimum of 24hrs before the meeting). – Member Proxy Form
