Underwater Hockey Australia (UHA) seek applicants for the following positions:

UHA EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

The following positions are up for election:
– Executive Director (2-year appointment)
– Director of Coaching (2-year appointment)
– Director of Refereeing (2-year appointment following endorsement by the UHA Committee)
– Secretary (2-year appointment following endorsement by the UHA Committee)
– Australian Competition Chief Referee (1-year appointment following endorsement by the UHA Committee)
– Records Officer (2-year appointment)

Underwater Hockey Australia (UHA) seek applicants for the following positions:

Australian Team Managers

– U19 & U23 (2-year appointment 2012-13*)
– Elite & Masters (2-year appointment 2012-13*)

Australian Team Coaches

– Elite Men (2-year appointment 2012-13*)
– Elite Women (2-year appointment 2012-13*)
– U19 Men (2-year appointment 2012-13*)
– U19 Women (2-year appointment 2012-13*)
– U23 Men (2-year appointment 2012-13*)
– U23 Women (2-year appointment 2012-13*)
– Masters Men (2-year appointment 2012-13*)
– Masters Women (2-year appointment 2012-13*)

Applicants are required to lodge a written application containing the following information:

Team Managers:
– Previous team management/chaperone experience
– Demonstrated experience dealing with financial statements and reconciliation
– Demonstrated knowledge of the needs of players such as uniforms, accommodation, supervision of juniors,
transport and management of team finances.

Note: The successful applicant of the U19 & U23 position will be required to undergo a Working with Children check.

Coaches:
– Previous Coaching/Playing Experience
– Relevant qualifications
– Proposed player development plan
– Preferred selection criteria and timeline
– Proposed training times

Note: Successful applicants of U19 & U23 coaching positions will be required to undergo a Working with Children
check.

For international competitions, all travel expenses, accommodation, registration and team uniform costs for non-
playing Team Managers and Coaches are fully subsidised. Officials who also play will receive a 50% subsidy for their
travel, accommodation, registration and uniform costs.
